This FAQ contains frequently asked questions about participation in the NR.1-DEAL from Herlitz. Should you be prevented from participating due to an error message, here are some possible solutions:

I receive the error message "Prize code invalid! Please check your entry."
The code was not entered correctly. Please check the correct capitalisation and the correct combination. If the code is still invalid, please try again with a new code from the NR.1-DEAL campaign.

I receive the error message "Prize code already redeemed."
At "NR.1-DEAL", each code may only be redeemed once. This prevents misuse and multiple participation per code.
In rare cases, it can occur that a code has already been used because another participant mistyped and accidentally entered your code.
Another entry of the code is unfortunately no longer possible. In this case, please send an email to number1deal@herlitzpbs.com that includes the original code for inspection so that a solution can be found for you.

My screen image is out of place! What can I do?
If you encounter display problems, please understand that we have programmed the contest according to current browser versions.

Are you using an older browser?
Here you can update your browser – click on the browser you are currently using:
• Firefox
• Internet Explorer
• Google Chrome
• Safari

If the display problems persist after the browser update, please send an email to number1deal@herlitzpbs.com with your personal data and a short description of the display problem. Ideally, send us a screenshot attached to the email. We will strive for a solution as quickly as possible.

I have not received a confirmation email.
The email may have been filtered out by your spam filter or moved to your junk mail folder. Please check whether the confirmation email can be found there. Otherwise, might you have made a mistake entering your email address? Please send us an email to number1deal@herlitzpbs.com so that we can investigate.

My prize has not yet been sent to me.
Send an email to number1deal@herlitzpbs.com. Please include:

1. Name
2. Address
3. Email address
4. Which prize does this concern?
5. If possible: Your personal prize code
6. If possible: Confirmation email

We will check the information you provide and contact you.
