The host of the contest "NR.1-DEAL" is HERLITZ PBS AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT Papier-, Büro- und Schreibwaren, Am Borsigturm 100, 13507 Berlin, Germany (hereafter: "Herlitz") in cooperation with friends direct GmbH, Lange Reihe 2, 20099 Hamburg, Germany (hereafter: "friends direct").

 

Eligible contest participants are persons residing in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Sweden and Denmark who are at least 18 years old. Employees of Herlitz and other persons participating in the design and implementation of this contest are excluded from participation. Participation in the contest is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. 

 

No legal recourse is permitted. 

 

Duration of the contest

The contest "NR.1-DEAL" takes place from 1 November 2011 to 31 December 2012.

Contest procedure and process

 

The participant in the "NR.1-DEAL" from Herlitz must be in possession of a valid prize code. The prize codes can be found during the campaign period from 1 November 2011 to 31 December 2012 on inserts labelled with "NR.1-DEAL" included with Herlitz maX.file folders protect, protect plus, nature and nature plus, select lined and squared A4 spiral notebooks of the paper series Herlitz x.book as well as binder boxes, elastic strap, pocket and presentation folders, ring binders, clipboards as well as clip board folders and organisers of the organiser series Herlitz easy orga to go. These are available from participating retailers. Prize codes are included only with articles labelled with "NR.1-DEAL".

 

Alternatively, a prize code can be requested a single time during the campaign period from 1 November 2011 to 31 December 2012 by sending a post card (with sufficient postage) to Herlitz PBS AG, Subject: NR.1-DEAL, Am Borsigturm 100, 13507 Berlin, Germany, with no purchase necessary and the same odds of winning. A prize code will be sent to the participant by post.

 

Participation in the contest requires registration with first and last name, street, building number, postal code, city of residence, country, telephone number, email address on the website www.number1deal.eu. In order to simplify the entry of additional prize codes, a user account can also be created, which is protected by username and password. On this page, the participant also agrees to the participation conditions and privacy information by placing a check mark. 

 

The participant then enters the prize code. Immediately after entry, the participant is informed online what he or she has won. A confirmation email is sent automatically.

 

 

Prize notification, acceptance and expiration of the prize

The winner of a MINI One convertible or a Samsung Galaxy Tab will be automatically and immediately notified directly in the redemption process and by an email to the provided email address. In addition, the winner will be informed of winning the prize by telephone and/or in writing by the cooperation partner, friends direct. The winner will then be asked to send in the original prize code, in other words the original insert, and the winner will be sent a prize declaration that must be signed and returned. No costs will arise for the winner in accepting the prize.

If the winner cannot be reached by telephone, email or post for reasons for which the participant is responsible and he therefore cannot accept his prize, the prize claim expires upon the end of the NR.1-DEAL campaign on 31 December 2012. 

 

Winners of a myphotobook voucher will be notified immediately online directly within the redemption process. In addition, participants who have won the myphotobook voucher will automatically be sent an email to the email address provided containing an individual voucher code as well as a link to myphotobook. This code can be redeemed once per person directly from myphotobook according to the redemption conditions applicable there until 30 June 2013. Cash payment of the myphotobook voucher is not possible, no remainder value exists. The campaign region is D, A, CH, UK, B, NL, L, I, F, E, P, N, S, DK.

 

The prizes are non-transferable and resale is prohibited.

 

Additional rules

Herlitz reserves the right to exclude from participation persons suspected of utilising prohibited aids in their participation in the contest or of otherwise attempting to gain advantages for themselves or third parties through manipulation e.g. automated code input. In these cases, it is possible that prizes already awarded may be rescinded or that the return of prizes may be demanded.

 

Herlitz reserves the right to end the contest without prior announcement if the performance of the contest can no longer be guaranteed for legal or material reasons.

For the purposes of carrying out and processing the "NR.1-DEAL" contest, the data provided by you will be electronically processed and stored by Herlitz as well as the cooperation partner commissioned with implementation of the contest, friends direct GmbH, Lange Reihe 2, 20099 Hamburg, Germany, for the duration of the contest or no later than 31 December 2012. The participant declares his agreement with this storage and the associated transfers between Herlitz and the cooperation partner.

 

We use the personal data provided by you exclusively for performance of the contest, e.g. for sending the prize notification and the prizes as well as for answering your individual inquiries.

 

After processing of the transaction, your data are deleted.
